1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the PurFormLabs wholesale portal or utilizing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our platform.
2. Wholesale Accounts & Licensing
Access to our wholesale catalog is restricted exclusively to licensed cannabis retail operators. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date business and licensing information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with state regulatory compliance.
3. Ordering & Fulfillment
Placing an order through the Live Invoice system does not guarantee product allocation until the order is approved and moved to fulfillment. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All bulk extraction and wholesale transactions are strictly business-to-business.
4. Liability & Indemnification
PurFormLabs provides products "as is" and strictly adheres to rigorous QA/QC and state-mandated lab testing. We shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the resale of our products.
