The Science
of Purity.

Understanding our closed-loop, cryogenic hydrocarbon extraction process.

C1D1 Compliant Hydrocarbon System

A completely sealed loop where non-polar solvents (Butane/Propane) cycle through biomass under high pressure and extremely low temperatures. Our system ensures zero off-gassing and unparalleled precision.

Why Cryogenic?

Temperature is the master lever in extraction. By chilling our solvent to cryogenic temperatures (often -60°C to -80°C) prior to washing the cannabis biomass, we drastically increase the solvent's selectivity.

At these extreme lows, water, fats, waxes, and lipids remain frozen in the plant matrix. The butane/propane only strips the highly desirable cannabinoids and terpenes. This completely eliminates the need for post-extraction "winterization" (which often degrades terpenes).

The "No CRC" Philosophy

Color Remediation Column (CRC) is a filtration method used by many extractors to scrub dark, low-quality oil through clays and silica to make it look lighter. We do not use CRC. Ever.

Our beautiful, golden-amber extracts achieve their color and clarity strictly through the high quality of our starting material and the precision of our cryogenic parameters. What you see is exactly what the plant yielded.

Molecular
Distillation.

Understanding our Wiped Film (Thin Film) Distillation process.

Ultra-High Purity Distillate

Our advanced Thin Film Distillation system separates compounds at the molecular level using deep vacuum and precise thermal gradients. By wiping the crude oil into a microscopic film against a heated jacket, we achieve rapid evaporation without thermal degradation, resulting in a nearly translucent, highly potent distillate perfect for precision dosing.
